This role focuses on developing new export markets, securing long-term supply agreements, and strengthening relationships with international clients through strategic engagement and industry events.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement export sales strategies targeting international OEM appliance manufacturersIdentify and secure new business opportunities and long-term supply contracts for wire-on-tube condensers, Bundy tubes, and rubber componentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with procurement and engineering teams across global clientsManage the full export sales cycle, including lead generation, RFQs, technical-commercial proposals, and negotiationsLead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and annual agreement renewalsMonitor global raw material trends (steel, copper, rubber) to support pricing strategies and protect marginsIdentify and participate in key international exhibitions and trade fairs within the refrigeration and appliance sectorsRepresent the company at global B2B events and client meetingsPrepare export sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and international market analysis reportsCoordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure compliance with client specifications and delivery requirementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related fieldFluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages (French, Spanish, or Turkish) are a plusMinimum 5 years of experience in international B2B or export sales within industrial sectorsProven success in closing long-term OEM supply agreementsExperience in refrigeration, HVAC, home appliances, or industrial components is highly preferredStrong understanding of export sales cycles and international market developmentAbility to build and manage relationships with procurement and technical stakeholdersExperience handling RFQs and preparing technical-commercial proposalsFamiliarity with refrigeration and home appliance supply chainsKnowledge of wire-on-tube condensers, Bundy tubes, or similar industrial products is an advantageAbility to read and interpret technical drawings (basic to intermediate level)Strong pricing, costing, and margin analysis skillsKnowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW) and international payment methods (LC, TT)Understanding of export documentation and logistics processesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pricing models, margin analysis)Willingness to travel internationally (30–50%)Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams, especially production
