Role Overview:As a Senior FP&A Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization. You will be responsible the development of advanced financial models, deliver strategic insights, and support high-impact decision-making across business units. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain advanced financial models for strategic planning and investment decisions.Conduct financial analysis including profitability, DCF, IRR, and payback metrics.Align financial strategies with business objectives through cross-functional collaboration.Deliver insights and recommendations using dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations.Analyze CAPEX performance, operational profitability, and KPIs across business units.Manage budgeting and reporting processes, including monthly reports, performance reviews, and rolling forecasts.Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior leadership decisions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.2–4 years of experience in FP&A with exposure to strategic planning and senior-level reporting.Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and consolidation.Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; SAP experience is a plus.Strong ownership, accountability, and critical thinking.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
