Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Dual Site Attendance (Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo Office & Agility Logistics Center, Ain Sokhna)About the Role: Agility Infrastructure serves as the technological and logistical arm for the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) authority. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing the SCZone Trade platform, automating customs systems, and building digital solutions for our investors.Beyond the SCZone initiative, you will design and maintain robust software systems that drive our broader operations across logistics, dry ports, real estate, and facility management. You will operate as a key individual contributor, streamlining processes and ensuring seamless technical integration across our operational sites.Key Responsibilities:Architect, develop, and deploy the SCZone digital systems and investor-facing applications, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness.Collaborate closely with cross-functional operational leaders and regional teams, including coordination with the Kuwait head office, to align technical deliverables with strategic business requirements.Design and maintain full-stack web applications that support Agility’s logistics, dry port, and facility management infrastructure.Maintain continuous system health by executing expert-level troubleshooting and debugging for comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Analyze complex business requirements and work autonomously to deliver scalable, end-to-end technical solutions.Technical Qualifications & Skills:Core Backend: Strong foundation in C# utilizing .NET 4.0 and above, alongside extensive practical experience with .NET Core.Architecture & Design: Excellent grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), LINQ, and standard Design Patterns.Web Frameworks & Integrations: Proven experience with ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC. Must have hands-on experience building and consuming ASP.NET Web Services and ASP.NET Web API (REST), as well as utilizing Entity Framework Core.Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in Angular (versions 2/4/6+/9/11), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Excellent command of JavaScript, jQuery, or equivalent JavaScript UI Frameworks.Database Architecture: Excellent capability with Oracle or SQL Server Databases, including database designing and proficient SQL / PLSQL programming (Stored Procedures, Functions, etc.).Quality Assurance: Strong exposure to developing and executing Unit Tests (MS Test, NUnit, XUnit, etc.) to ensure code reliability.General Qualifications & Core Competencies:Bachelor of Computer science or any relevant discipline, post graduate studies will be a plus.At least 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in full-stack software development.Proven ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor, taking full ownership of project delivery from conception to deployment.Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to troubleshooting complex technical issues and designing scalable solutions.Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical operational leaders.High flexibility and a strong willingness to split working days between the Zahraa El Maadi corporate office and the dynamic Ain Sokhna operational site.Prior exposure to software development within logistics, warehousing, dry port operations, or the construction sector is considered a strong advantage.
