Cairo HQ & Ain Sokhna Logistics Centre (SCZONE) Dual attendance required based on hiring needsThe Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment delivery at Agility Infrastructure, ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and onboards high‑quality talent aligned with business growth, operational demands, and organizational culture.The role acts as a strategic recruitment partner to leadership while remaining hands‑on operationally, particularly for technical, operational, and logistics‑related roles supporting infrastructure and SCZONE operations.Key Responsibilities:Workforce & Manpower Planning:Partner with HR and business leaders to translate business plans into annual and quarterly manpower plans.Analyse workforce data (attrition, growth, productivity) to anticipate hiring needs.Support budget planning related to recruitment costs and headcount.Advise management on optimal sourcing strategies (internal vs external, permanent vs contract).End‑to‑End Recruitment Delivery:Execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including: Role intake and job scopingJob description creation and reviewSourcing strategy definitionScreening, interviews, and assessmentsOffer preparation and negotiationHiring closureManage recruitment for HQ functions, IT Software Development, Construction and operational/logistics roles based in Cairo and / Or Ain Sokhna / SCZONE.Ensure recruitment timelines support operational readiness and project deadlines.Sourcing & Talent AttractionJob portals and social mediaEmployee referral programsAgencies and head-hunters (as needed)Talent pools for recurring or critical positionsBuild strong pipelines for technical, operational, and hard‑to‑fill roles.Strengthen the company’s employer brand in the Egyptian market, particularly within the logistics and infrastructure sectors.Stakeholder & Hiring Manager PartnershipAct as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers.Challenge and guide managers on role requirements, market availability, and realistic expectations.Ensure structured interview practices and consistent selection decisions.Provide regular, clear recruitment status updates and market insights.Selection, Assessment & Decision QualityEnsure fair, objective, and competency‑based interview processes.Introduce or manage assessment tools where appropriate (technical, behavioural, or competency‑based).Validate final hiring decisions against role needs, cultural fit, and long‑term potential.Offer Management & Pre‑BoardingPrepare employment offers in coordination with the Head Office HR Team.Support salary benchmarking and offer structuring.Manage candidate communication, negotiations, and acceptance.Ensure smooth handover to HR Operations for documentation and joining logistics.Onboarding PartnershipOversee and support the onboarding experience, ensuring: Joining readiness (documents, system access, induction plans)Proper coordination between HR, IT, Admin, and line managementPositive first‑day and first‑month employee experienceCollect feedback from new joiners to continuously improve the process.Compliance, Reporting & Process ImprovementEnsure all recruitment activities comply with Egyptian labor laws and company policies.Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation.Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as: Time‑to‑fill, Cost‑per‑hire, Offer acceptance rate, and Source effectiveness.Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Relevant HR or Recruitment certifications are an advantage.8–12 yearsof progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferably in the IT, Construction, and / or Logistics industries.Proven experience leading end‑to‑end recruitment in complex or operational environments.Strong exposure to IT Development, infrastructure, logistics, industrial, or project‑driven organizations is highly preferred.Experience working with multi‑site operations is a strong plus.Skills & Competencies:Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Excellent understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and selection techniques.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.High level of organization, urgency, and follow‑through.Sound judgment, discretion, and decision‑making ability.Proficient in MS Office and HR systems / ATS tools.
