Key Accountabilities: Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and local/international regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify unsafe conditions.Develop and implement risk control measures for machinery, processes, and workplace activities.Monitor and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) system for hot works, confined space, and other critical activities. Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.Deliver HSE inductions and trainings for employees, contractors, and visitors.Support line management in implementing safe systems of work and emergency preparedness.Participate in fire drills, emergency exercises, and evacuation planning.Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, incidents, trainings, and certifications.Promote a strong safety culture across all departments. Qualification & EducationMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) within industrial or manufacturing plants. Proven background in risk assessment, hazard identification, and control implementation.Experience in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigation.Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other international HSE standards. Hands-on experience in implementing safety programs and training for employees at different levels.
