Job DescriptionRecruitment & SelectionPrepare and post job advertisements on appropriate recruitment platforms.Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.Prepare job offers and employment contracts.Support and implement onboarding programs for new employees.Personnel AdministrationMaintain and update employee files and personnel records.Manage attendance, leave records, and work schedules.Handle social insurance, medical insurance, and employee documentation.Ensure the accuracy and continuous updating of the HR database.Payroll & CompensationCollect monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions, etc.).Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Develop and maintain the company's salary structure, grading system, and compensation framework.Calculate end-of-service benefits and other employee entitlements.Prepare and develop the company's complete organizational and administrative structure, including departmental organizational charts and reporting lines.Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs based on performance evaluations and departmental requirements.Organize training programs and coordinate with training providers and external vendors.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and measure outcomes.Employee Relations & DisciplineRespond to employee inquiries and handle workplace grievances effectively.Promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Implement company policies and conduct disciplinary investigations when required.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies and procedures.Performance ManagementSupport the implementation of the company's performance management system.Assist managers in developing employee growth and career development plans. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5 to 7 years of experience in HR roles.Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social InsuranceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Advance.Proficient in using Microsoft Visio and similar organizational charting and process-mapping software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.Good command of English.Female Only is a must.
