About the job Senior HR Generalist (Oil & Gas)Job ScopeAs a Senior HR Generalist, you will act as a strategic partner between employees and management across specific business units, ensuring alignment between organizational goals and employee performance.You will serve as a trusted HR advisor, supporting leaders in managing their teams while fostering a positive work environment. The role focuses on talent development, employee relations, HR strategy, and organizational effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent ManagementSupport managers in identifying and developing high-potential talent.Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and employee development.Facilitate talent review and calibration sessions to strengthen the talent pipeline.Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.Strategic HR PlanningPartner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Provide HR input on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.Employee RelationsServe as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.Handle and resolve complex employee relations cases and conduct objective investigations when required.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.Performance ManagementDrive the performance management process to support a high-performance culture.Guide managers in setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and creating development plans.Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to deliver relevant programs.Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts.Change ManagementLead and support organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth implementation.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.HR Analytics & ReportingAnalyze HR metrics and employee data to identify trends and recommend improvements.Prepare HR reports and insights for senior management.Compensation & BenefitsWork closely with the Compensation & Benefits team to maintain competitive compensation structures.Assist in compensation reviews and benefits administration.Compliance & HR Best PracticesEnsure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in roles covering employee relations, talent management, and HR operations.Experience in oil & gas, energy, renewable energy, or related industries is preferred.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR policies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) are a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary packageAnnual bonusSocial and medical insuranceWorking ConditionsWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)Work Model: Onsite
