🔧 We’re Hiring: Senior HVAC Design Engineer (Back Office)We are looking for a Senior HVAC Design Engineer to join our team in a back-office role, supporting high-quality design delivery and technical coordination across multiple projects.📌 Role OverviewYou will be responsible for delivering complete mechanical design packages and supporting the Mechanical Team Leader in technical reviews, coordination, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires strong technical expertise to ensure all designs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project requirements.⚙️ Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare full mechanical design packages (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing) from concept to tender stagePerform and review mechanical calculations (heat load, ventilation, hydraulic, pipe sizing)Review and validate designs before submissionCoordinate with Architectural, Structural, and Electrical teams for clash-free designsEnsure compliance with UAE authority regulations and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA)Support and mentor junior engineers and BIM/CAD teamsReport progress, risks, and technical issues to the Team Leader🎯 Requirements5–8+ years of experience in mechanical design (consultancy/technical office)Strong experience in UAE projects and authority regulations (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)Solid knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing systemsStrong coordination, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
