The Senior Landscape Architect is a senior design leader responsible for driving the vision, technical integrity, and successful delivery of complex landscape projects from concept through construction. Operating at the intersection of design excellence and project execution, this role shapes signature outdoor environments across large-scale master plans, luxury residential developments, mixed-use precincts, hospitality resorts, public realm, and institutional campuses.As a trusted representative of the practice, the Senior Landscape Architect leads multidisciplinary project teams, mentors emerging designers, interfaces directly with clients and consultants, and ensures that every design decision aligns with the firm's standards for craft, sustainability, and place-making. This position is central to our ability to translate ambitious ideas into built landscapes that endure. Education — Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture Experience — Minimum 8 years of demonstrable experience in landscape architecture, including at least 1-2 years in a senior or lead-designer capacity.Portfolio — A strong portfolio showcasing completed, built projects across multiple typologies (master planning, residential, commercial, hospitality, or public realm).Technical Proficiency — Advanced command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Lumion or equivalent visualization tools.Documentation — Proven ability to produce and lead the preparation of full tender and construction packages, including hard-scape details, planting plans, irrigation layouts, and specifications.Regulatory Knowledge — Solid understanding of local building codes, landscape regulations, authority approval processes, and regional planting palettes.Communication — Excellent spoken and written English; strong presentation skills for client and stakeholder engagements.Leadership — Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage concurrent projects, and deliver under pressure.Experience delivering projects in the GCC, wider MENA regionFamiliarity with BIM workflows (Revit, Civil 3D) and parametric design tools (Rhino, Grasshopper).Technical Oversight — Review and approve drawings, specifications, and schedules; ensure construction documentation is coordinated, buildable, and compliant with local codes and regulations.Consultant Coordination — Direct integration with architects, civil and structural engineers, irrigation designers, lighting consultants, and ecologists to produce cohesive, technically resolved landscapes.Design Leadership — Lead the design of landscape projects across all phases, from concept and schematic design through design development, tender documentation, and construction administration.
