This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end commercial leasing process for medical and healthcare-related properties, including identifying opportunities, conducting market assessments, and negotiating lease terms. Daily tasks include engaging with landlords and tenants, preparing and reviewing lease documentation, overseeing lease administration activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Senior Leasing Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align leasing strategies with business objectives and maintain accurate records, reports, and analysis to support decision-making. The role also involves monitoring market trends, recommending improvements to leasing strategies, and supporting the expansion of COB Solution’s property portfolio.Qualifications Strong expertise in Commercial Leasing and Leases, with a track record of managing multi-unit or complex leasing portfolios.Proficiency in Lease Negotiations, including drafting, reviewing, and optimizing lease terms to meet business and legal requirements.Experience in Lease Administration, ensuring accurate documentation, timely renewals, and consistent compliance with internal and external standards.Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze competition, rental trends, and demand, and to translate findings into actionable leasing strategies.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications in real estate or leasing are an advantage.Strong analytical, organizational, and contract management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and engaging with external partners.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial for local stakeholder communication.Previous experience in healthcare or commercial real estate environments is a plus.
