Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Personnel Specialist to join our HR team.The role is responsible for managing personnel administration activities and ensuring compliance with labor law and social insurance regulations. The role involves handling governmental procedures, coordinating with labor and social insurance authorities, managing employee records, and supporting all personnel-related operations to ensure smooth and compliant HR processes.Key Responsibilities Manage all personnel activities in accordance with labor law and company policies.Liaise with Labor Offices, Social Insurance Offices, and other governmental entities regarding personnel-related matters.Handle employee social insurance procedures, including registration, amendments, and terminations.Coordinate and complete labor and social insurance inspections and ensure compliance with governmental requirements.Manage and follow up on Medical Committee and Government Health Insurance procedures.Maintain accurate personnel records, employee files, and related documentation.Prepare and submit required governmental reports and official correspondence.Follow up on employee complaints, disputes, and personnel-related issues and ensure timely resolution.Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance regulations, and internal policies.Support HR operations by providing accurate personnel data and documentation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Experience in dealing with governmental authorities and official procedures.3–4 years of experience in Personnel.Handle and coordinate Labor Office inspections and ensure compliance with labor regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Teamwork and collaboration.High attention to detail
