Senior Odoo Developer

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to design, develop, andimplement customized solutions within the Odoo ERP platform. The ideal candidate willhave strong expertise in Odoo architecture, module development, and system integration,along with the ability to lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize Odoo modules (both backend and frontend)Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsIntegrate Odoo with third-party systems via APIs (REST, XML-RPC, etc.)Optimize system performance and ensure scalabilityTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the platformLead code reviews and enforce best development practicesManage Odoo deployments, upgrades, and migrationsWork closely with functional consultants and stakeholdersMentor junior developers and contribute to team growthMaintain technical documentation and version control (Git)Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in Odoo developmentStrong knowledge of Python and Odoo frameworkExperience with PostgreSQL (queries, optimization, performance tuning)Solid understanding of Odoo ORM, MVC architecture, and securityExperience InCustom module developmentQWeb reports and templatesOdoo web client (JavaScript, OWL preferred in Odoo 17)Familiarity with Linux environments (Ubuntu preferred)Experience with Git workflows (branches, PRs, conflict resolution)Knowledge of API integrations and web servicesStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of business domains (Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)Soft SkillsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAnalytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesNice to HaveOdoo certificationExperience with longpolling, workers tuning, and server optimization
