You will be a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and will play a vital role in maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Process employee payroll, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits.Stay up-to-date on Egyptian labor laws and regulations related to payroll.Prepare and submit payroll tax filings.Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments and changes.Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.Generate payroll reports for management.Skills & Technologies: This role requires expertise in Human Resources (HR) principles, Payroll management, and HRIS systems.
