Telesales Executive – HR SolutionsWe're growing and we're looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to be part of our team —We are a HR Solutions company that helps businesses take the complexity out of managing their people operations.*What We Do*We partner with companies to manage their HR functions more efficiently — one of our core services being the *end-to-end management of employee benefits*, including medical and life insurance portfolios. We don't just sell insurance — we analyze, optimize, and manage the entire process on behalf of our clients so their HR teams can focus on what matters most.*Your Role*You'll be reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and clearly communicating how we can take the burden of benefits management off their plate.*What We're Looking For*- 1+ year of experience in Telesales or B2B Sales- Interest or background in HR services or employee benefits is a plus- Strong communicator who can simplify complex services into a clear value proposition- Persistent, organized, and genuinely client-focused*What We Offer*- Competitive base salary + commission- A chance to grow within a specialized HR services environment
