We're Hiring: Internal Audit ManagerOur client is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead internal audit activities and strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks across the organization.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute the annual risk-based internal audit plan• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards• Follow up on audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and relevant committees• Support risk management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts• Ensure adherence to governance principles and organizational policies• Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism🔹 Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field• 10–12 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Finance• Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk assessment, and internal controls• Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities• High attention to detail and a strong sense of integrity• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
