Senior Power BI AnalystJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Power BI Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, and a strong understanding of data modeling, visualization, and analytics. This role requires the ability to translate business requirements into effective BI solutions and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:· Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards & reports.· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.· Develop data models using DAX and Power Query (M) for efficient data analysis.· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across BI solutions.· Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability.· Integrate data from various sources (e.g., Relational databases, Excel, cloud-based services) into Power BI.· Participate in data governance and best practices for BI development and deployment.· Stay up to date with Power BI updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.· Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer (seniority based on experience).· Strong proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Report Design).· Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.· Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for BI solutions is a plus.· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Flexibility and adaptability to learn new technologies and methodologies.· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.· Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is a must.
