About the RoleWe are seeking a PCC Engineer to support the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of production machinery within our textile manufacturing operations. The role focuses on maintenance excellence, technical problem-solving, safety compliance, and team capability development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance systemsAnalyze equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutionsMonitor machine performance and drive reliability and efficiency improvementsConduct equipment audits and inspections to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standardsProvide technical support and training to operators and maintenance teamsMaintain training records and assess employee competency levelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvement initiativesSupport Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement activitiesRequirementBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.3:5 years of experience in textile manufacturing (Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing, or Finishing).Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, machine troubleshooting, and textile production processes.Experience with ERP systems, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S principles.Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
