We are focused on building engaging consumer financial experiences that drive long-term user growth, engagement, and retention across the Axis Wallet ecosystem.About the RoleIn this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of consumer growth and retention initiatives across the wallet experience. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, activation, and long-term retention through data-driven and user-centric product experiences.ResponsibilitiesDefining and driving the consumer growth and retention strategy across onboarding, engagement, payments, rewards, and lifecycle experiencesLeading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to deliver scalable consumer experiencesDriving product discovery, experimentation, and behavioral analysis to improve activation, engagement, and retention metricsOwning key business metrics related to user growth, transaction frequency, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime valueIdentifying opportunities to improve user journeys, reduce friction, and increase product adoption across the wallet ecosystemLeading personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle initiatives to drive deeper customer engagement and loyaltyMonitoring market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics within fintech and consumer digital productsQualifications3+ years of product management experience, with significant exposure to consumer fintech or B2C digital productsProven experience leading growth, engagement, or retention initiatives at scaleStrong understanding of consumer behavior, growth loops, lifecycle management, and data-driven product developmentStrong strategic thinking and analytical capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skillsAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced and highly dynamic environmentsStrong product discovery and experimentation capabilitiesRequired SkillsExperience in emerging markets or underbanked financial ecosystemsFamiliarity with digital wallets, payments, rewards, or loyalty ecosystemsStrong understanding of behavioral economics and consumer engagement strategiesExperience working closely with CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth analytics teamsMBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields is a plusOur EnvironmentWe are building with purpose.
