This role involves guiding prospective buyers and investors through the property selection process, conducting site visits, and presenting project features and benefits clearly and professionally. The consultant will manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, property tours, negotiations, and closing transactions while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Daily responsibilities also include providing high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries, staying updated on market trends and competitor offerings, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to support promotional activities and achieve sales targets.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with experience advising clients on property options and investment decisions.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, conflict resolution, and building long-term client relationships.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead management, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.Relevant experience in residential or commercial property sales in New Cairo or similar markets is highly beneficial.Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
