The Senior Property Consultant will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for real estate properties, including generating and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. Responsibilities include advising clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities, as well as preparing proposals, negotiating offers, and closing deals in line with company standards. The role involves maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and after-sales support. The Senior Property Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate property listings, up-to-date market information, and a consistent, high-quality customer experience.Qualifications Strong Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends, property valuation, and investment concepts.Proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing in a target-driven environment.Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, with a focus on relationship building and client satisfaction.Consulting mindset, capable of understanding client needs, providing tailored property solutions, and offering professional advice.Previous experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role, ideally at a senior level.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.Proficiency in using CRM systems, office applications, and digital tools for property listings and client communication.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
