Role Description We are seeking a full-time Property Consultant to join our team on-site in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves managing client relationships, consulting with customers to understand their property needs, and providing tailored property solutions. Responsibilities include conducting sales activities, facilitating real estate transactions, offering exceptional customer service, and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge to guide client decisions effectively. Qualifications Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to guide clients in making informed property decisionsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client relationships and addressing inquiriesProficiency in Sales techniques to identify opportunities and close dealsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic market conditionsBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredProven experience in the real estate sector is an advantageFluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
