Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant, based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves advising clients on property transactions, conducting market research, and providing professional consultation on real estate matters. The Property Consultant will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, recommending suitable property solutions, and negotiating terms to close deals. Additionally, the consultant will maintain a strong understanding of market trends, property values, and relevant real estate regulations. Qualifications Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge, including market trends and property evaluationExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsProven Sales skills and experience in negotiating and closing deals effectivelyAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in an on-site environmentProficiency in using technology and real estate tools for reporting and market analysisPrevious experience in the real estate industry is advantageousRelevant certifications or a degree related to business, real estate, or sales are considered a plus
