Responsibilities:Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs).Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.Review and analyze tender documents, contracts, and specifications.Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract administration.Evaluate and certify contractor and subcontractor payments.Prepare and track variations, claims, and final accounts.Conduct risk and value management assessments.Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.Prepare regular cost reports and financial forecasts.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.7–12 years of experience in quantity surveying within construction projects.Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, and procurement.Experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
