We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Sales Admin to support and oversee daily sales operations and business development activities. The role involves managing proposals, invoices, contracts, sales reports, lead tracking, and coordination between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and efficient project follow-up. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales administration, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism.Responsibilities:Prepare and manage quotations and price proposals based on client requirements Generate invoices, receipts, and other financial documents accurately and on time Maintain and update CRM systems, sales pipelines, and customer recordsCoordinate with the sales and business development teams regarding ongoing projects and client requestsFollow up on approvals, pending documents, and payment status with clients when needed Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analysis, and progress updates for managementMonitor leads, response times, and sales performance metricsRecord and maintain meeting minutes, project updates, and internal documentationOrganize and maintain contracts, proposals, invoices, and company files on the serverReview contracts and maintain proper contract documentation and trackingEnsure all project and contract documentation is updated until project completionSupport account managers and business developers with administrative and operational tasksPrepare highlighted drawings, presentations, and project materials using Photoshop/InDesignCoordinate internal communication between departments to ensure workflow efficiencyMaintain confidentiality and accuracy of all business and financial recordsAssist in improving administrative processes and reporting systemsHandle multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines efficientlyQualifications:• 4–7 years of experience in Sales Administration or Business Development support roles• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related field• Strong knowledge of contracts, proposals, and sales documentation• Experience handling CRM systems and sales reporting• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and InDesign• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
