Job Summary: A leading multinational manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive HR management experience, and a deep understanding of Egyptian labor legislation, particularly within a manufacturing environmentDuties & Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and succession planning.Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws, social insurance regulations, and all relevant employment legislation.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives.Advise management on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.Manage disciplinary actions, investigations, grievance handling, and employee relations matters in accordance with legal requirements.Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, leave administration, and personnel operations.Support talent acquisition activities and ensure effective workforce planning for manufacturing operations.Drive performance management processes and support managers in employee development and performance improvement plans.Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decision-making.Foster a positive workplace culture while maintaining high standards of compliance and operational efficiency.Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure high levels of performance and service delivery.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.Mandatory experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and employment regulations.Proven experience managing all HR functions independently.Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.Experience working within multinational or large-scale organizations is highly preferred.Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.Key CompetenciesStrategic ThinkingLeadership & Team ManagementLabor Law ComplianceEmployee RelationsPerformance ManagementOrganizational DevelopmentProblem Solving & Decision MakingChange ManagementWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing manufacturing environment.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Collaborative and performance-driven culture.
