We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support and align HR initiatives with business objectives in a fast-paced industrial environment. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to management, driving talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to understand operational needs and provide strategic HR support.Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.Drive performance management processes and employee development programs.Support employee relations activities and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Analyze workforce metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and implement development plans.Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.Support change management and transformation projects.Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented across all functions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role.Mandatory experience within steel fabrication, manufacturing, heavy industry, engineering, or industrial sectors.Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.Required SkillsProven experience in:Talent ManagementOrganizational DevelopmentWorkforce PlanningEmployee RelationsPerformance ManagementRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionSuccession PlanningExperience supporting large industrial workforces is highly preferred.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Strong command of English and Arabic.
