The role focuses on consultative selling, building strong relationships with potential students, and driving revenue growth by aligning training programs with candidates’ career aspirations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and nurture assigned leads throughout the entire sales funnel, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand potential students’ career goals and recommend suitable training programs.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM system, ensuring proper lead tracking and timely follow-ups.Handle high-value sales discussions and effectively address objections related to pricing, course content, and scheduling by demonstrating long-term ROI.Stay updated on industry trends such as AI and Data Science to provide informed guidance during sales interactions.Achieve or exceed bi-monthly and monthly sales targets in line with the academy’s growth objectives.Build strong relationships with enrolled students to encourage referrals and repeat enrollments in advanced programs.Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) team to review call audits and implement feedback to improve conversion rates on a bi-weekly basis.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or high-ticket sales environments.Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.Proven ability to manage pipelines and meet or exceed sales targets.Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
