Senior Site Engineer - MEP

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Site Engineer - MEP to lead and oversee MEP site operations, manage coordination between all parties, and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to technical and quality requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise all MEP site activities to ensure work progress aligns with project scope, schedule, and quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site-related issues.Review and validate shop drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, and method statements.Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on work status, risks, and site challenges.Ensure that all MEP installations are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.Manage site engineers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and following up on performance.Support planning, resource allocation, and material management to avoid delays.Participate in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for MEP systems.Provide technical guidance and immediate solutions for any design or execution conflicts on site.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.6–10 years of experience in MEP construction/site execution.Strong experience in managing MEP activities in large-scale construction projects.Excellent knowledge of MEP systems, coordination, shop drawings, and technical compliance.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.Very good command of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project reporting tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.Good communication skills and ability to deal with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
