Job Summary:This role ensures the protection of the organization's data, systems, and infrastructure by implementing security controls, conducting risk assessments, and handling incident response. In addition, the role ensures compliance with Allianz Group security standards, enhances security awareness, and addresses emerging cyber threats. It also collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen security measures while maintaining operational efficiency.Job Responsibilities:Execute security audits and assessments by handling incident prevention, detection, and response processes to ensure continuous security maintenance and compliance.Deliver information security training and awareness programs to protect corporate data, infrastructure, systems, applications, and physical assets, ensuring organizational security readiness.Develop and implement an ongoing risk assessment program by identifying vulnerabilities, recommending remediation methods, and maintaining vulnerability testing to strengthen the security posture.Handle and coordinate incident response planning, security breach investigations, and support legal or disciplinary actions as needed to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.Track internal and external threats in collaboration with IT and business units, identifying potential security risks and establishing baselines for effective security management.Integrate security tools and techniques by researching emerging threats and implementing advanced security measures to enhance company asset protection.Analyze computer networks and security systems by setting up automated processes, responding to anomalies, and assessing reports to identify and mitigate potential risks proactively.Collaborate with project teams to ensure security is embedded within the technical architecture, design, and development of integrated systems and products, reducing security vulnerabilities.Stay updated on emerging security technologies, industry trends, and best practices, recommending necessary actions to maintain a robust and adaptive security environment.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are an advantage.3 – 5 years of experience in information testing.
