Its services focus on enhancing project efficiency, reducing risks, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making through intelligent models and integrated digital processes.Role Description The Senior Structural BIM Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing structural BIM models for building and infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project requirements and standards. Daily tasks include producing and reviewing detailed structural drawings, managing model updates across project stages, and coordinating with architecture, MEP, and civil engineering teams to resolve clashes and design issues. The Senior Structural BIM Engineer will support the implementation of BIM workflows in line with ISO 19650, contribute to digital delivery strategies, and mentor junior team members on best practices and quality control. The role also involves collaborating with project managers and clients to clarify technical requirements, ensure timely deliverables, and support data-driven decisions using BIM outputs.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience in model setup, coordination, and data management.Ability to develop and interpret detailed Construction Drawings for structural systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.Experience collaborating with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) teams to coordinate structural designs and resolve multidisciplinary clashes.Solid understanding of Architecture and its interface with structural design to support integrated, coordinated models.Professional background in Civil Engineering, with a focus on structural engineering principles, codes, and best practices.Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a closely related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in BIM or digital delivery are a plus.Proven experience in a senior or lead structural BIM role on building or infrastructure projects, preferably with exposure to ISO 19650 or similar standards.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quality-control skills, with attention to detail and model integrity.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across disciplines and mentor junior staff.Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
