Strategically, we are expanding in Egypt, and accordingly, we are actively hiring professionals to enhance our workforce family for the future.Position Overview:The Senior System Administrator is responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining all servers and associated systems within the organization. This role ensures system health, availability, security, and performance, while also contributing to the development and implementation of IT policies and projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system administration, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to technology management.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for all servers on site, monitoring and assuring their health status and availability daily.Responsible for implementing and troubleshooting domain users, map drives, file sharing security, DHCP, DNS, AD, GPO, WSUS, ESXI servers, VMware, VSPHERE, Hyperconverged environments, Office 365 administration, etc.Responsible for installing and troubleshooting all required software on server’s side.Evaluate servers annually and propose upgrades or replacement to add to the budget.Prepare the concerned part of the Annual budget and send it to his manager.He is committed to work according to LEAN, HSE and Social compliance standards.Patch Management upgrades.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in system administration or a related role.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Extensive knowledge of server management, network protocols, and system security.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
