Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.Create interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates.Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in person interviews.Negotiate with talent by adhering to the salary setting guidelines.Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.Experience 5-7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment especially in the construction industry.Strong awareness and knowledge of Construction industry positions.Strong communication skillsMulti tasker and problem solving
