At Hassan Allam Construction, we are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Office Engineer – MEP to join our team and support the delivery of our ongoing projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittalsLead coordination between technical office and site teams to ensure proper execution of MEP worksReview project specifications, BOQs, and IFC drawingsPerform quantity take-offs and support cost estimation activitiesPrepare and follow up on RFIs, technical queries, and material approvalsCoordinate with consultants and subcontractors for technical alignmentSupport planning, procurement, and cost control teams with technical inputsEnsure compliance with project standards, codes, and quality requirementsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering5–8 years of experience in MEP construction projectsStrong experience in technical office functions (shop drawings, submittals, BOQs, etc.)Solid knowledge of MEP systems and coordinationProficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering softwareGood understanding of project specifications and international standardsStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
