Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technical projects across Networking, Cybersecurity, and Computing domains. The ideal candidate will ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage technical projects from initiation to closure.Develop project plans, schedules, implementation strategies, and resource allocation.Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with Presales and technical teams to define project scope, Statements of Work (SOW), and technical requirements.Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and ensure timely resolution and escalation when needed.Conduct regular meetings with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and maintain alignment.Oversee technical execution and provide high-level technical guidance when required.Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous follow-up and quality project delivery.Manage on-site activities and conduct site visits when necessary.Prepare project documentation, handover reports, and obtain final customer sign-off.Support finance and commercial teams in payment follow-up and project closure activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in Networking, Cybersecurity, and Computing solutions.Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar technical or project management role.Strong experience in customer engagement, stakeholder management, and client communication.Excellent project planning, organizational, and time management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project is a must.CCNP certification is highly preferred.PMP certification is a strong advantage.Fluent in spoken and written English.
