We're looking for a Senior Video Editor As a Senior Video Editor, you are the lead storyteller in post-production, responsible for shaping the project's final narrative and overseeing the entire editing process. You guide the creative direction of the edit, manage the post-production workflow, and ensure the final product exceeds creative and technical expectations. Job Requirements Shape the Narrative: Take the lead in defining the creative direction of the edit, making critical decisions about story structure, pacing, tone, and emotional impact. Oversee Post-Production Workflow: Manage the entire editing process from the initial rough cut to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. Lead and Mentor Editors: Supervise and mentor Video Editors and Assistant Editors, providing clear creative guidance, technical assistance, and constructive feedback on their work. Quality Control: Act as the final checkpoint for all video content, conducting comprehensive reviews for narrative cohesion, technical quality, and brand alignment before client delivery.
