Role OverviewThe Services Channel Sales Engineer is responsible for developing, enabling, and driving revenue growth through a network of service partners. The role combines technical expertise, channel development, and consultative sales to position advanced service offerings including recurring, digital services, sustainability, energy efficiency, and lifecycle solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve annual services orders and growth targets for the list of end users assigned to your partners' portfolioSell with and through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales teamTrain partners to promote & sell our offers & manage the development of partners’ technical skillsIdentify, recruit, and onboard qualified service partners across different domainsBuild and execute partner business plans aligned with regional and global channel strategiesDevelop long-term relationships with key partners to ensure sustainable growth and loyaltyIdentify installed base opportunities and convert them into recurring service revenueMonitor partner performance, pipeline, and service delivery qualityDrive services revenue through partnersAchieve assigned sales targetsSupport partners in opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and closing dealsAssist in solution design, scope definition, and value engineering and support complex bids, tenders, and customer presentationsSupport partners in developing service capabilities and digital adoptionDriving digital transformation through partnersCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to create joint campaigns and identify new market opportunities and service offeringsSupport partners in engaging end customersPromote value-based selling and Influence specifications and service contracts early in project lifecycle.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field0-3 years in technical sales, services sales, or channel managementCore SkillsStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsConsultative and solution selling approachAbility to translate technical solutions into business valueStakeholder management across multiple levelsLeadership without authority (influencing partners)Strong communication and presentation skillsLet us learn about you!
