That’s why the global Siemens Energy Graduate Program is designed to help you unlock your full potential.With guidance from experienced mentors, extensive training opportunities, and the chance to expand your global network, you will grow both professionally and personally in a truly international environment.What You Can ExpectOver the course of this two-year program, you will gain hands-on experience and become an active member of your team.Through three tailored assignments — including an 8-month international placement — you will develop a deep understanding of Siemens Energy’s business and operations.You will benefit from:A dedicated mentor supporting your development Exposure to different roles and functions Participation in impactful, real-world projects The opportunity to build a strong global professional network As a Repair Engineer based at the Egypt Service Center, you will gain deep exposure to gas turbine repair engineering, with a strong focus on Blades and Vanes, one of the most critical components in turbine performance and lifecycle management.How You’ll Make An ImpactAs part of the Siemens Energy Graduate Program, you will actively contribute to our mission of energizing society and supporting the transition towards a more sustainable future.You will:Take on a Product Engineering Owner role for Blades and Vanes within the repair scope Support the full repair lifecycle, from technical assessment and repair concept definition to qualification and execution Collaborate closely with repair operations, quality teams, and global engineering stakeholders Contribute to the localization and expansion of repair capabilities in Egypt Work with advanced technologies including welding, inspection, and refurbishment processes Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy engineering standards and quality requirements Develop strong engineering judgment and product ownership through real projects and shop-floor exposure What You BringMaster’s or doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field Strong fundamentals in mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes Initial experience through internships or working student roles Up to 36 months of professional experience (optional but welcome) At least 3 months of international exposure (study or work) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Fluency in English Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally Business Area – Gas ServicesOur Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
