Social Compliance Specialist

- Coordinate and manage social compliance audits conducted by customers, certification bodies, and third-party organizations.- Ensure compliance with international social standards and codes of conduct and customer-specific requirements.- Prepare, review, and maintain compliance documentation, records, policies, and procedures.- Develop and implement corrective action plans (CAPs) resulting from audit findings and monitor their timely closure.- Conduct internal compliance assessments and workplace inspections.- Prepare periodic compliance reports and management updates.- Support departments in implementing labor, health & safety, environmental, and ethical compliance requirements.- Deliver awareness sessions and training programs for employees and management on compliance-related topics.- Monitor changes in applicable regulations, customer requirements, and industry standards.  - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field.- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in social compliance within the garment, textile, or manufacturing industry.- Strong knowledge of social compliance standards - Experience in managing audits and corrective action plans.- Excellent report writing and documentation skills.- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
