Job OverviewThis role is responsible for managing the brand across social media platforms and increasing online sales through e-commerce channels. It combines creating engaging content and data-driven marketing to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive direct online revenue for pesticide, agricultural, hardware, and business services, as well as all potential customers.Key Responsibilities1. Social Media MarketingStrategy & Planning:Develop monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok aligned with business goals and seasonal demand.Content Creation: Write, design, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos. Brief designers and coordinate with product teams for accurate messaging.Community Management: Respond to comments, DMs, and reviews professionally. Escalate technical/customer complaints to support team.Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Manage daily budget, targeting, A/B testing, and bidding.Influencer & Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant micro-influencers, industry pages, and B2B partners for brand reach.2. E-commerce ManagementStore Management: Manage product listings, pricing, inventory sync, and promotions on website + marketplaces . Conversion Optimization: Improve product pages, descriptions, images, and checkout flow to increase conversion rate. Performance Tracking: Monitor traffic, and sales using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and store dashboards. Prepare weekly reports.Email & Whats App Marketing: Build automated flows for abandoned cart, post-purchase, and seasonal offers using Mail-chimp/Brevo/Whats App Business API. Customer Experience: Coordinate with logistics and customer service to ensure fast shipping, low return rate, and high ratings 3. Analysis & Growth Market Research: Track competitors, trends, and customer behavior in pest control + home care products online.Budget & ROI: Manage monthly digital budget. Ensure positive ROAS and lower Customer Acquisition Cost over time.Reporting: Submit weekly performance report + monthly strategy review to Marketing Manager. RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Experience: 2-5 years hands-on experience in social media marketing + 2 years managing e-commerce stores or marketplaces.Industry Knowledge: Experience in FMCG, chemicals, home care, or B2B services is a strong plus.Languages: Fluent Arabic + Very good English for content and client communication.Must-Have Skills & Tools Platforms: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Shopify/Woo Commerce.Content: Canva, Cap Cut, basic Photoshop. Ability to write persuasive Arabic + English copy.Analytics: Excel/Google Sheets, data interpretation, A/B testing mindset.Soft Skills: Creativity, ownership, fast execution, problem-solving, and strong communication.
