We need at Madinaty language school - MLS Social Worker is responsible for supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral well-being to enhance their academic success. The role involves working closely with students, parents, teachers, and administration to address challenges that may impact learning and development.Key Responsibilities:Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties.Identify students at risk and develop intervention plans.Support crisis intervention and conflict resolution within the school.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student progress.Conduct assessments and maintain accurate student records and reports.Develop and implement programs that promote social-emotional learning (SEL).Refer students and families to external support services when needed.Monitor student attendance and address issues such as absenteeism.Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.Participate in school meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities. Previous experience as a social school worker for KG and primary Stages.Degree in Social Work or Psychology; Master’s is a plus.Strong communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skillsKnowledge of educational systems and community resources
