Sr. IT Project Manager

To lead and manage complex, strategic IT projects across the organization, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.The role oversees the entire project lifecycle, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with business objectives for major initiatives such as ERP implementations, system integrations, and digital transformation programs.RESPONSIBILITIESProject Planning & Execution: -Stakeholder Management: -Team Leadership: -Vendor Management: -Risk & Issue Management: -Quality Assurance: -Project Closure: -REQUIREMENTSAcademic and Professional QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is required.Experience8+ years of experience in IT project management4+ years managing large-scale, complex projects.Proven track record of successful ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion preferred).Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.Skills and CompetenciesDeep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).Strong knowledge of master data management principles and data governance frameworks.Expertise in process mapping, documentation, and optimization.Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, OTBI).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing multi-site operations (head office and factory).Experience in change management and organizational development.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
