Strategy Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Strategy Manager to lead strategic planning initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, conducting market research, analyzing performance data, and driving initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term vision and growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute corporate strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and business objectives.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments to identify opportunities and risks.Support senior management in strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.Prepare business plans, strategic roadmaps, feasibility studies, and executive presentations.Analyze company performance, market trends, and operational efficiency to recommend improvements.Lead strategic projects and ensure effective implementation across different departments.Establish performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and strategic reporting systems.Collaborate with business units to identify growth opportunities and optimize business processes.Monitor industry developments, emerging trends, and competitive positioning.Support transformation initiatives and organizational improvement programs.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.Proven experience as a Strategy Manager, Business Development Manager, Management Consultant, or similar strategic role.Strong knowledge of strategic planning, business analysis, market research, and corporate development.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.Experience in developing business plans, financial models, and executive-level reports.Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Preferred Candidate Profile:Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority initiatives.Strong understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and organizational growth strategies.Experience working with senior leadership teams and cross-functional departments.We are looking for a strategic professional who can help drive sustainable growth, improve business performance, and support the company’s journey toward achieving its long-term objectives.
