Information Technology Engineer

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Engineer to join our team and provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and IT systems management, with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and support business operations.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network systems.Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and professional manner.Manage and maintain servers, networks, user accounts, and IT equipment.Monitor system performance, security, and data backup procedures.Support the implementation and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity measures.Manage Microsoft 365, email systems, and enterprise applications.Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades, system improvements, and technology projects.Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as an IT Engineer, System Administrator, or similar role.Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers).Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and IT support tools.Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, data protection, and backup solutions.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with different departments.Relevant IT certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or similar are preferred.Preferred Candidate Profile:Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.We are looking for a professional who can contribute to building a reliable, secure, and efficient IT environment that supports the company’s growth and operational excellence.
