We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will support our supply chain operations by coordinating all logistical activities from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely execution of projects and enhancing operational efficiency.RESPONSIBILITIESManage and coordinate the procurement of materials and supplies needed for construction projects.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock assessments to forecast needs.Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to identify material requirements and timelines.Track shipments, verify delivery, and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions.Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supplier contracts using supply chain management software.Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in the construction industry.Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management.Proficient in using supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal effectively with suppliers and internal teams.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
