In this role, you will support supply chain planning and operations by analyzing data, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance.The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain analytics or operations, strong problem-solving skills, and enjoys working with large datasets in a fast-paced, international environment. This role requires excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvementMonitor and report on key supply chain KPIs, including inventory, procurement, supplier performance, and logistics metricsDevelop and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports for internal stakeholdersSupport demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply planning activitiesCollaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Finance teams to improve supply chain performanceIdentify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of data-driven solutionsPerform root cause analysis on supply chain issues and recommend corrective actionsEnsure data accuracy across supply chain systems and reporting toolsSupport ad hoc analysis and strategic projects to enhance operational efficiencyQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related fieldMinimum 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Logistics, or a similar analytical roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex dataAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a strong advantageFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar enterprise platforms is a plusConversational English with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environmentExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
