Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business objectives and workforce plans, translating them into effective hiring strategies.Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across different functions.Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through online channels, professional networks, referrals, and talent mapping.Plan, lead, and continuously improve interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments, and structured interviews.Evaluate candidate profiles, resumes, and pipelines using recruitment analytics.Design and refine job descriptions, competency-based interview questions, and assessment criteria aligned with role and business needs.Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.Lead and contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent and strengthen the company’s talent reputation.Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities.Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives.Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines and relationships with high-potential candidates for future needs.Contribute to improving recruitment processes, candidate experience, and TA best practices across the organization. 4–5+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced or growth environment.Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and seniority levels.Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, GitHub).Hands-on experience with structured interviews, competency-based assessments, and evaluation methods.Solid experience using recruitment metrics.Ability to partner with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions through data and market insights.
