Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.Utilize multiple recruitment channels (job boards, social media, referrals, headhunting).Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance when needed. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.2–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English is preferred.
