Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating with hiring managers and handling salary negotiations. The candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions.Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Conduct HR interviews and initial candidate assessments.Coordinate and follow up with hiring managers regarding hiring needs, feedback, and interview processes.Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Negotiate job offers and salaries with selected candidates.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Post and update job vacancies on different recruitment platforms.Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases.Ensure hiring processes are aligned with company policies and timelines.Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives when needed.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Fluent English is required, both written and spoken.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience conducting HR interviews and candidate evaluations.Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing techniques.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Strong organizational and time management skills.
