Based in Cairo and working on-site at IMMENSA’s office, this role is responsible for attracting, identifying, and securing top-tier talent from local, regional, and international markets to support the Company’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, commercially-minded recruiter with deep sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder influence, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing full-cycle in-house hiring processes and sourcing highly qualified professionals from diverse global talent pools.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & Pipeline ManagementProactively source high-calibre candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, talent communities, and internal databases.Build and sustain a robust, diverse talent pipeline aligned with current vacancies and future workforce plans.Leverage market intelligence to identify passive candidates and emerging talent pools.Screening & AssessmentConduct structured CV reviews and competency-based screening interviews to assess candidate fit, motivation, and cultural alignment.Prepare concise, insightful candidate summaries and shortlists for hiring managers.Apply consistent, objective evaluation frameworks appropriate to each role level.Stakeholder Partnership & CoordinationPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and develop targeted attraction strategies.Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling, panel briefings, and feedback consolidation.Act as a trusted advisor on talent market conditions, competitive positioning, and hiring best practices.Candidate Experience & Employer BrandEnsure every candidate receives timely, professional, and respectful communication throughout the process.Represent IMMENSA’s employer brand with enthusiasm, accurately conveying the company’s culture, values, and opportunities.Gather and act on candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruitment experience.Recruitment Operations & ComplianceMaintain accurate, up-to-date records and requisition tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Produce regular recruitment dashboards covering time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.Ensure full compliance with data protection regulations, confidentiality requirements, and internal HR policies.Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and frameworks.Manage end-to-end in-house recruitment processes, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Qualification and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-stage environment.Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels simultaneously.Experience in managing in-house hiring processes, from requisition to onboarding.Prior experience recruiting across the Middle East & Africa region, as well as sourcing and hiring talent from diverse global markets, is a strong advantage.Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other regional sourcing platforms (e.g., Bayt, Wuzzuf, Indeed).Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, or similar).Competent in producing recruitment metrics and data-driven reports.Exceptional communication and influencing skills — able to build credibility with senior stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume, multi-role workload under pressure.High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process compliance.Self-starter with a growth mindset, commercial awareness, and genuine passion for talent acquisition.Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.To apply, please send your CV to careers@immensa.io mentioning the Job title and Job Code: TAS 26
