The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing onboarding processes. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to drive Nowlun's growth and success.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptionsSource and attract candidates using various recruiting techniques, including social media, job boards, and networkingReview applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualificationsManage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedbackCoordinate and conduct interviews and assessments with relevant teamsFacilitate the offer process, ensuring that offers align with our compensation strategy and fill hiring needsOnboard new hires and ensure they have the necessary resources and information to succeedBuild and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the logistics or technology sectorsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR softwareAbility to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneouslyPassion for building relationships and connecting with peopleKnowledge of labor legislation and hiring practices
